Graduate & Student Programs

Leadership Opportunities

We value our talent and believe in the potential of talented people. We created the Management Associate Program to fast-track outstanding fresh graduates and find the leaders of tomorrow.

The MA Program is a 2-year program consisting of 4 rotations. Management Associates (MAs) will be fully immersed in different job functions in Singapore, and also acquire cross-office experience through attachment in one of our overseas offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Taiwan. Most importantly, MAs will also have the opportunity to work on Sea’s most critical projects under the mentorship of our Senior Management.

Who Are We Looking For?

Passion, Aptitude and Drive – these are the 3 key ingredients that gave rise to Sea’s success and inspire us to continuously achieve greater things.

At Sea, we have people who are passionate about a lot of things: outdoor sports, photography, and even cooking. It doesn’t matter what your hobby is. We are looking for people who have a passion for what they do, because we believe this energy is needed to excel in Sea’s unique work environment.

The internet industry moves exceptionally quickly. We need to respond even faster, whether that is through new business opportunities, catering for users’ demands, or building the next great ecommerce app. If you are a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, this is the place for you.

In Sea we take on challenges every day, and with being in an entrepreneurial environment where we always experiment, your initial idea may not always work straightaway. We look for highly motivated individuals who don’t give up easily, and always strive to make a difference. If that sounds like you, you may be great fit for Sea.
